1. Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one (1) year. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required for non-EU licenses.

2. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is one (1) day (24 hours). Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned at the same level. A refueling fee may apply otherwise.

4. Insurance Coverage
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance. Additional coverage (CDW, FDW) is available upon request at an extra cost. Damages due to negligence or violation of traffic laws are not covered.

5. Traffic Fines
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic or parking fines incurred during the rental period.

6. Mileage
Unlimited mileage is included in all rentals unless otherwise stated in your booking.

7. Payment and Deposit
Payment is made upon vehicle pickup. No credit card pre-authorization or deposit is required for most rentals, unless specified.

8. Vehicle Availability
We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle model with a similar one in case the booked model is not available.

9. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup time. No refunds for no-shows or early returns.

10. Road Assistance
Free 24/7 roadside assistance is included in all rentals.

11. Use of Vehicle
The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or outside the island of Santorini.
