Important Information

Driver Requirements: Drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one (1) year. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required for non-EU licenses.

Rental Period: Minimum rental duration is 24 hours. Late returns may result in additional charges based on the hourly rate.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off: We offer free 24/7 pick-up and drop-off at both Santorini Port (Athinios) and Santorini Airport. Please provide your arrival details in advance.

Fuel Policy: Vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level. A refueling fee applies if returned with less fuel.

Insurance Coverage: All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance. Optional coverage such as CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and FDW (Full Damage Waiver) is available at an extra cost.

Traffic Fines: The renter is fully responsible for any traffic or parking violations incurred during the rental period.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. No deposit or credit card hold is required in most cases.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial fee.
